Surviving

Luclky Elie's father and others that didnt pass the 1 test needed to pass a 2 test and his father passes.Elie goes to a enfermery because of his feet and he is operated and he needs to rest for 2 weeks.They are forced to move to another camp because of the Russians.The U.S arrives and Elie is safe with others , he continues his life calm but mad because of the Germans  .

They need to run fast many didnt survive but elie and his father survive but his father is in criticall health.Elie's father does not survive because it was snowing and to many people it was difficult to breath and Elie is now lonely.

"I no longer thought of my father , or mother." (Elie 113)

When i first read this i understand Elie , he just needed to survive because he couldnt give up now.Then i thought of what happen to his kother and sister i stay like 2 minutes thinking.I also thought of if he was going to see his mother and sister again or not. 

 "My foot was aching.I shivered with every step.Just a few more meters and it will be over"(Elie86)

This character reminds me of Nick in a book named  Never say die .This guy Nick ne ds to survive in the eoods and he is verybrave and he survives.Elie is also a brave kid by runing 20kilometers and not stopinng because if he stopped the Germans shoot and he also had his feet in a criticall health .

In conclusion i think that this book Night is very interesting to read .I also think that Elie in real life he must be happy of surviving.I recomend this book to peoplethat likes adventure books m real books about something terrible that happened in the past.People should read this book to know a little bit of what was happening in that time were Hitoer told the Nazis to kill the Jews and they use the Jews as slaves like Germans used Elie but luckly he scaped this terrible problem.

The slaves

All the Jews were in the convoy and they were given food and water.They first  stopped in a city were a German said to them that they wee part of the Germans army .A women in the middle of the trip start screaming fire but it was nothing , they stopped at another city were they where the rules and the jobs.When they finally arrive it was true there was fire it was a camp where there were fields and strange factories.When the arrive all the Jews where scared , the job of Elie and his father was to burn the bodies of babies .All the Jews started to question ¿Are they going to be killed?.

"Patience " the German replied , "patience . She be taken there soon " (Elie 28)

This  quote make starting to question many things .I have seen Jews and Nazis movies and Nazis always discriminate them .By this words that the Germans said i think that they were going to kill the women that was screaming fire because she was crazy.

"Faster ! Faster ! Move, you lazy good for nothings!" (Elie 44)

I think Elie in terms of a author he used very good tools .One of them are the exclamation marks by telling us that the Germans were bad guys and very strict.He is telling us that the Germans didn't like Jews in that time , they wanted them to suffer all their life , forever.


In conclusion the theme that i am coming up until this part of the book is discrimination because they are treating the Jews as slaves.My prediction to this continuing chapters i will says Elie working and maybe the Germans will kill someone that is trying to escape and they will shoot him.In conclusion this book is very good it is attracts me to read more and more until i cannot read more because i need to do this blog.

Work day

In this part pf the book basiclly Elie and his father work.They pass throught difficult times because Elie works in another place away from its father but they can see each other because they are in the same
camp.Elie sees many people being hanged and everybody is very nervous.Elie and all the people from the camp were tested if they were steong enoght to continue working but his father do not passes the test.What are theyou going to do now maybe its dad will be killed.

"Long live liberty!My curse on Germany!"(Wiesel 62)

When i read this i t was what every guard said before removing the chair from every hanged man and i found it very interesting.I think that the germans said this because he was saying like be free in heaven because they were prisioners from them and by being killed they were going to be safe.I also didnt understand when he said my curse on Germany i just didnt know what was the meaning of this meaningfull saying.

"In his service was a young boy,a pipel , as they were called.This one had a delicate and beatifull face - an incredible sight in this camp."(Wiesel 63)

I think that the author is using a very nice imagery techniques.He is using them by telling us how this pipel looked and the  he explains that they were not loved in his town but he describes it as a poor and indefense child in a concentration camp.

In conclusion I think Elie is explaining very well his terrible expirience, by using a verygood imagery and characterization.I think that this books is really fun to reasd bit at the same time sad because Elie pass thorought a really difficult expirience because this is a book of the aouthor Elie  and this is real life experiences.My prediction to this amazing book is that some Jews are managing to escape includion Elie and his father and they will find Elie will found its mother and its siter that thier in antiher camp.In conclusion one of the best books that i have read is this one.

Night

This interesting story begins with Elie a boy that had a father that was very cultural he was always religious also.Elie was hearing news of Germans going to town , Germans go to his town and he didn't know what was  happening.First Germans were taking Jews priorities like to go to restaurants or traveling by rail , the days passed and everything was normal.One day a Jew say to Elie's father to go to the council and they told him that all the people from the town will need to go to another place,nobody know to what place was but they were really sad.The next day everybody was getting out of their home with backpacks and food and all the Jews were scared.

"Three days later , a new decree :every Jew had to wear the yellow low star.(Elie pg 11)

This remind me of a book that i think i read it in 5th grad i don't name but it was of a Jew that escaped Nazis so they can't kill her.They also needed to use a star so the Nazis could know who was Jew and who wasn't and they almost caught the Jew because of a band with a star that she was wearing but she take it out quickly.


"We no longer had the right to frequent restaurants or cafes , to travel by rail, to attend synagogue , to be on the streets after six o clock in the evening."(Elie pg 11)

When i first hear this i think about 2 things.The first one is that i predict that the Germans were going to take power of all these towns and they will kill al the  Jews and i get a little mad.The second one was about a book named A Child Called it and i think of Davids mother that was taking power of him by taking out some priorities and by giving strict orders.

I am enjoying this book because i like book that are about history like this one.I predict that the Germans will take Jews to a town were many other Jews will be and Elie will make friends .I also think that a Elie father will make some families to run and escape from the Germans so they can be free to live.In conclusion i think that this book until now is very good but sad at the same time.

Man vs Nature

Nick and Ryan found themselves with the grolar bear luckily they had the bear protection the spray the and the badgers.They used the bear spray and the bear went  away .Nick remembered of a friend of Jonah that lived near the place they were so they go there and there was nobody home.So they stay there and Ryan called Red the pilot he told him that it depended in the on the climate . Ryan went in a rescue helicopter because he was scratched and he could get infected.Nick goes in Red helicopter when he arrived Jonah was alive . 6 weeks later Jonah died and Nick buy the National Geographic so he can see Ryan's article and he was very happy . The End

"A closer look, and i noticed lettering in small print alongside the photograph.Nick Trasher, it said .Jonah would have liked that."(pg 212)

This part was very confused and nice , because at the start of the book Nick said that he changed of last name because he didn't liked trasher .Now Ryan put it Trasher and now for the first time he liked being called by that name.

 In conclusion this was a fun summer because if Never Say Die.This book had a lot of adventure between the brothers and i really enjoyed.I have enjoyed  more if they never found the raft but they founded and the story is still good.In conclusion this was a excellent book.

Nice photos Ryan

They saw in Ryans GPS many dots that appear to be caribous.They go there and Ryan shoot some fantastic photos ti the caribous.At night they camp there and Ryan called his friend and Nick had a fight because Ryan's friend put a tracker on the grolar bear.They see where the bear was but he was far so no alerting .They lost the caribous so they track them again and they used the raft to go easily .Suddenly a big storm approach and when they decided to camp and they get out of the raft Nick see something creepy , the grolar bear.

"How much river do we have left to run?"  (pg168)
At first i thought that all was going to be alright but then suddenly the wind start to blow hard and i get scared.I thought Nick and Ryan were going to die in the river or almost die .Nick and Jonas were save but all i was thinking was bears.

"I held my breath, hoping the grolar bear wasn't on to us" (pg178)

The feeling that i have at this part of the book was tremendous .I was asking myself a lot of question , if they were going to survive , the grolar bear dead,Nick alive,Ryan alive.When i kept reading two sentences i calm because it said that they had the bear protection and all the save stuff.




Until now this few chapters that i read are the best because they have a lot of  action.I have a prediction that is thatNick will loose a arm and Ryan will have to fight the bear and bring Nick save .My other prediction is that the grolar bear will runaway and the brothers will be save.In conclusion i think these chapters had a lot of suspense.

Recovering Photos

Ryan and Nick go to hunt and they found a baby caribou they try to kill him but he ran away and they follow him.Following him they see their raft and they recover all the food and the camera.They set a tent and they at the next day Ryan and Nick had a small discussion because Ryan was going to call a biologist friend that he had trackers in the caribou so they could go there and take some photos.At final Ryan call the friend and they were going to shoot photos have a big adventure.


"Check out rapid.You see what i see ?"The raft he cried (pg 121)


My reaction to these words of Nick were very good because they were not going to have bear or hunger trouble.Now some of my predictions are not going to work because now they didn't need to fish or hunt of fight with a bear now there is not going to be action.

"Out of the Tundra came the mosquitoes.Out of my day bag came my bug shirt ,and over my head it went."(pg 125 )

I have a connection that is when i was in the beach.There were many mosquitoes and it was very difficult to get them away so my dad gave me a mosquitoes repellent and i was save of all the nearby mosquitoes flying in the beach.



Now that my predictions had changed i have new predictions to make.My first prediction is that Ryan and Nick will successfully find the caribous  and Ryan wil take some good pictures.My second prediction is that Ryan and Nick will found themselves in a big storm and some of their supplies will loose.In conclusion this is one of the best books that i have red until now.
